About the project
The project results aim to use the one adapted to their products and allow them to increase their competitiveness and meet the prerogatives of sustainable development.
Comparative study of different cooling technologies adapted to aquatic products.
This project is a follow-up to the results of the SEACRET study. In this study, several blocking points to the evolution of packaging in the aquatic products industry were raised. When choosing a packaging, it is indeed necessary to take care of the maintenance of the quality of the finished products (aspect, odor and texture), of the material yields and of the lifespan, while limiting the losses in moisture and the sanitary risks.
COOLINGFISH aims to provide companies in the aquatic products sector with comparative technical elements on the different cooling technologies.
