Mericq is the leader seafood products trader in the South of France. Mericq has 3 main activities : wholesale fish trade, trading and processing. Mericq works with super and hypermarkets, fishmongers and out-of-home catering professionals.

The Mericq group has more than 700 employees and a turnover of 292 million euros in 2018. Each year, more than 3,000 tonnes of seafood products are purchased and packaged in the fish trading workshops and then shipped to logistics platforms. The Merciq Group’s buyers make sure they choose sustainable resources, to guarantee their customers volumes and consistency at the best price, while respecting the marine ecosystem. Mericq has also developed an innovative product, a fish tray packaged specifically for microwave cooking.
