About the project
Today, it has information on 47 aquatic products (langoustine, monkfish, whiting, skate, scallop, trout, squid, hake, mussels, oysters, sea bass, carp...). For each of these products, the nutritional table details their content of 20 nutrients (vitamins, minerals, macronutrients...) as well as fatty acids. This database now enables professionals in the industry to enhance the nutritional characteristics of their products.
